Rural California Report

From 1989-2002, CIRS produced a quarterly publication, the Rural California Report (RCR). The RCR sought to share with our membership, the media, and colleague organizations the latest research findings, important new books, and other issues and events that affect rural California.

CIRS halted production of the RCR in the fall of 2002. All back issues are available as pdf files. Click here to access the RCR in pdf form.
